Portable Gravity-Fed Emergency Eyewash Station

S0P50 portable eyewash station includes an 18-gallon (68.14-liter) polyethylene tank. The unit can be wall mounted or placed on a countertop or other flat surface. Eye wash heads provide a minimum of 0.4 GPM (1.51 LPM) flow rate for 15 minutes. It includes a yellow eye wash pull strap for ease of activation. The tank includes integral handles on the top and sides.

To provide easy refilling, the top of the unit features a wide opening with a threaded cap. Providing clear visibility, the product features an identification/operation instruction label and an inspection/maintenance label. The unit is supplied with a heavy-duty stainless steel bracket for wall mounting.

Tank: Highly visible yellow, UV-protected polyethylene tank, with no moving parts

Eyewash: ABS plastic eyewash heads with easy activation removable pull strap will deliver a minimum of 0.4 GPM (1.51 LPM) water flow for 15 minutes. Pull strap caps form an airtight seal which prevents dust and debris from collecting on the eye wash heads.

Mounting: A J-shaped, heavy-duty stainless steel bracket for wall mounting allows easy removal and remounting of the eye wash station. It can also be placed on a countertop or other flat surface.

Drain Hose: Supplied with three feet of 1/2" ID drain hose.

Labels: Highly visible, high gloss identification/operation label and inspection/maintenance label are fixed to the face of the tank.

Water Preservative: Not included.

Weekly Inspection Tag: A waterproof test card to record the date and inspector's name, for weekly inspection of the eye wash station
