Plastic Head Pedestal Safety Shower with Plastic Bowl Eye-Face Wash Station

S1320 is a pedestal-mounted combination station with an eye-face wash, with a plastic bowl, ABS plastic eye-face wash spray heads, an inline strainer, and a stay-open 1/2" ball valve with a push handle and a shower with a plastic showerhead and a 1" (25.4 mm) stay-open ball valve with a pull rod.

Showerhead: Yellow, ABS plastic 7-3/8" (187.33 mm) diameter showerhead with a 20 gallons (75.71 liters) per minute flow regulator. An anti-microbial agent is molded into the ABS material, providing integrated protection.

Shower Valve: 1" NPT rough chrome-plated brass stay-open ball valve. Unit is provided with a stainless steel actuator arm and a 29" (736.60 mm) stainless steel pull rod.

Eye-Face Wash Bowl: Yellow, ABS plastic 11-3/4" (298.45 mm) diameter bowl.

Spray Head Assembly: ABS yellow plastic eye-face wash heads with integral flip dust covers, internal flow controls, and filters to remove debris from the water. An anti-microbial agent is molded into the ABS material, providing integrated protection.

Eye-Face Wash Valve: 1/2" NPT chrome-plated brass stay-open ball valve with a stainless steel push handle and a 50 mesh inline strainer.

Water Supply: 1-1/4" NPT female threaded side or top inlet.

Waste: 1-1/4" NPT female outlet.

Piping & Mounting: Schedule 40 galvanized steel piping and a 9-1/8" (234.95 mm) diameter cast iron floor flange with a yellow powder-coated finish.

Universal Sign: ANSI-compliant, vertical identification sign.

Weekly Test Tag: A waterproof test card to record the date and inspector's name for weekly functional testing of the unit.

S1320-HFC: Model S1320 combination station is supplied with a hand-foot control providing the option of activating the eye-face wash with a foot pedal in addition to the push handle. The stainless steel foot pedal is provided with a bracket for mounting to the vertical pipe and a stainless steel chain is attached to the push handle.

S1321: Model S1320 combination station is provided with an eye-face and a body drench hose. The Drench Hose features a single ABS plastic eye-face wash spray head, a self-closing squeeze lever valve, and an eight-foot (2.44 meter) reinforced PVC hose.
